(G)I-DLE‘s Shuhua recently confessed that she is so infatuated with a popular Asian actress that she would like to be her sister… or her girlfriend.

Shuhua made fans’ day with her confession, and it was as funny as it was adorable!

During a recent variety show appearance, Shuhua couldn’t hold back her excitement while gushing over Taiwanese actress Alice Ko, the star of the hit Taiwanese series Someday or One Day. The lead actress seems to be Shuhua’s latest infatuation, and she did not hold back at all when talking about Alice Ko to the show’s host.

When asked to send a message to the lead actress directly, Shuhua knew exactly what to say:

Alice-unnie, I’ve watched all of your dramas, so…I hope to act with you. I can be your sister…or…your girlfriend is fine, too!

Alice Ko is a household name in the entertainment industry, known for her amazing performances in series like Marry Me, or Not? and Someday or One Day. In the latter, she plays Huang Yu Hsuan, a woman mourning the loss of her boyfriend. Through a mysterious cassette tape, Yu Hsuan ends up traveling back to 1998, waking up in another girl’s body and trying to rewrite her tragic fate. It’s no wonder Shuhua fell in love with such an intense and emotional series — and its lead actress.
