In the latest edition of W Korea, Korea’s overnight sensation sharpshooter and Olympic medalist Kim Ye Ji was photographed in a whole new vibe.
The photo shoot, Kim’s first-ever high-fashion modeling gig, featured the sharpshooter in Louis Vuitton items.
Sharing her never-seen-before side, the magazine made her look unrecognizable in some…
…but overall, Kim’s fans were stunned with the results!
- “Wow, she could totally pass as an actress.”
- “Whoa, I’m f*cking dead.”
- “Oh, wow! Ye Ji, this is such a vibe!”
- “Wow, her energy is insane.”
- “You’re so cool. Rooting for you!”
- “Incredible. I’m so honored to have someone like her represent my nation.”
- “Yeah! She has such an awesome mentality. I love her for it.”
- “I knew this was coming, but how was I supposed to prepare for something this perfect?!”
Kim’s “main character energy,” which had her trending in the first place, was well captured in the photos.
Previously, during a press conference, Kim explained that she planned on accepting non-shooting gigs—like modeling for Louis Vuitton and even acting in K-Dramas—to promote sharpshooting in the process.
I plan to actively participate in K-Dramas and commercials for the time being. I want to promote shooting more widely. My name might be quickly forgotten after a while, sure. But if I keep staying active in one way or another, the sport of sharpshooting will stay associated with me. So, I decided to do it that way. I hope that junior athletes will be able to train in better conditions. Of course, I will be careful to ensure that these activities do not interfere with my main profession.
