Bryson DeChambeau came to the 2024 PGA Championship hoping to improve upon his performance at the major in 2023. He finished fourth in the event after battling back from a hand injury that knocked him out of it in 2022, and it seemed like he was finally rounding back into solid form.
Fast forward to 2024 and DeChambeau entered the PGA Championship as a legitimate contender. The LIV Golf star showcased some of the power that once made him one fo the best players in the world, and it was expected he’d be able to shorten the course at Valhalla Golf Club.
DeChambeau did just that. He thrust himself into contention at the major and gave him a chance to add a PGA Championship to his career ledger.
Winning just one major has proven to be a roadblock for even some of the most prolific golfers of this era. DeChambeau has enjoyed his share of success in golf’s biggest events, but does he have a major championship to his name?
