A popular Chinese singer has a cool response to backlash surrounding his weight.
Recently, 43-year old Wilber Pan held a concert in Suzhou, China. Netizens took to social media to write comments emphasizing the difference in his weight in person versus on the official poster. They claimed that the singer edited his face in the latter so he would appear slimmer, saying he tried “sharpening his jawline.”
They shared photos of him during the concert and stated that he looked bigger in person.
Instead of being upset, Wilber Pan hit back at haters in a cool manner. He uploaded an edited version of the poster which was intentionally stretched out to make him look thicker, captioning it with a message of gratitude for the success of his concert.

This is not the first time the singer has clapped back at netizens when they spread hate comments about his weight. He previously challenged them on Instagram, saying, “I dare not see anyone after my vacation.”
