Recently, netizens were angered by a staff member’s aggressive treatment of ENHYPEN‘s Sunoo.
During the group’s send-off in Chicago following their concert, a staff member can be seen “aggressively” pulling a pair of sunglasses from Sunoo. While possible reasons were given, many felt that the staff’s behavior was too much for the situation, especially in front of fans.

Since that video was shared online, fans have shared more instances of the touring staff’s alleged mistreatment of the members.
Sunoo was also involved in other incidents with the staff including one where he was grabbed after dancing to ILLIT‘s “Magnetic.” Another fan recounted moments with Sunoo where the staff yelled at him, also mentioning that they were “strict” with Jay as well.

In a clip shared by a fan, a staff member can be seen pulling Jay away while he is still talking. Jake can be seen receiving similar treatment as a staff member pulls him backwards.

Fans were left feeling angered by these moments, and reflected on how they could have been handled differently. In particular, many did not like that the staff treated the members and fans in what they called “rude” and “disrespectful” ways.
it’s so frustrating seeing how enha have been treated at send off by the staff recently i understand artist safety but when fans are being respectful and just wanting to talk to their fav it’s unnecessary to throw them around like ragdolls
