Manchester City last went winless for five Premier League games back in the 2009/10 campaign.
Back then Luton were battling for promotion out of the Conference after dropping out of the Football League the previous season.
However, Rob Edwards’ side now have the opportunity to extend City’s recent slump after the champions lost at in-form Aston Villa in midweek on the back of three consecutive draws.
The Hatters pushed Arsenal all the way last time out, with the league leaders needing a last-gasp winner from Declan Rice, although Everton’s midweek victory against Newcastle dropped Luton back into the relegation zone.

Where is Erling Haaland?
Manchester City will be without star striker Erling Haaland for this match against Luton Town in the Premier League.
It’s been reported that the Norwegian international is sidelined for this match with a knock, but it’s not known for how long he will be out for.
Since he’s been with Pep Guardiola’s side, Haaland has missed just three Premier League matches before this one. Two of those still ended in victory for City but the other saw them lose 0-1 away to Brentford at the back end of last season. For more details, click here.

Albert Sambi Lokonga was ineligible against parent club Arsenal in midweek but is fit for the first time since February and could feature, although City loanee Issa Kabore is unavailable for the same reason.
Tom Lockyer (back) and Marvelous Nakamba (knee) are each pushing for a return after being recently sidelined. Cauley Woodrow (calf) is a doubt, while Mads Andersen (hamstring), Reece Burke (thigh) and Dan Potts (ankle) are all out.
