SM Entertainment has been hit with backlash from all its groups’ fandoms after their recent announcement.

On March 21, SM teased a new “light tok” which seemed to be a new version of the lightstick that would seemingly make using them at concerts easier, especially if you were filming. There wasn’t many details but it sparked huge reactions.

Yet, when the post was shared, international fans didn’t seem impressed with SM Entertainment’s newest announcement. In particular, fans from all fandoms shared their anger that the company was spending time on this, but neglecting their current idols, including their own lightsticks and other issues.
