A “lie detector” question answered by BLACKPINK‘s Rosé has sparked major criticism.
Recently, Vanity Fair released a “Lie Detector Test” with Rosé.
While netizens loved some of the questions, one struck a chord with fans, but in the wrong way. One question referred to Benny Blanco‘s comment about meeting his idols, when referring to meeting BLACKPINK, asking Rosé if he was her “idol.”
Rosé seemed confused at first, with some thinking it was the use of the word “idol” before answering “yes.”
It was revealed to be a lie, but while Rosé said he was a nice guy, she spoke about how “idol” was a big word, seemingly sharing the reasons for the results.
After the clip was posted, netizens hit back at the unexpected question, sharing their anger about Benny Blanco being mentioned and the odd nature of the question.
