On January 16, KST, IVE member Wonyoung appeared as a special guest on Dex’s Fridge Interview, hosted by Single’s Inferno star Dex.
During the interview, Dex asked Wonyoung about her vision for her 30-year-old self, to which she responded saying that she would probably have a more authentic life and “live more like myself.” “I think I might be happier inside,” she added.
Wonyoung then reminisced a bit about 2024, commenting on how hectic it was due to IVE’s world tour.
It was really fun but I did think on whether there would be an end…It was around 11 months.

The idol expressed relief at being able to “welcome 2025 safely,” hinting at how demanding her workload had been.
Later in the video, Wonyoung also shared that despite traveling so much, she is hardly ever jetlagged. She explained that she can fall asleep right away when it’s nighttime, regardless of which country she is in. “I don’t have insomnia; I sleep so well,” she added. Hearing this, Dex responded, “Maybe because you work too hard, your body is always ready to take a break.”
Wonyoung agreed, saying that she sometimes sleeps a lot as a reward for her hard work. She then shared an anecdote of when she slept for 20 hours straight on an off day.
There was a time when I slept at 10 or 11 pm and didn’t turn on the alarm because it was my day off the next day. But when I got up and looked at my phone, it was 8 o’clock. I though it was 8 am and opened the curtains but it was dark. I looked again, it was 8 pm.
