Charles Leclerc went fastest in FP3 for the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix in another sign that this could be a fascinating battle around the winding Monte Carlo street circuit.
The Ferrari driver impressed in practice ahead of his home grand prix, finishing clear of Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton as the former complained of bouncing and balance problems in the Red Bull.
McLaren’s Oscar Piastri was fourth fastest ahead of Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez, suggesting this could be a truly competitive race come Sunday.
