The Texans inked deals for six of their nine 2024 NFL Draft picks one day before rookie minicamps open in Houston on May 10.
The team signed TE Cade Stover , LB Jamal Hill, RB Jawhar Jordan, DE Solomon Byrd, DT Marcus Harris and OL LaDarius Henderson, according to KPRC 2’s Aaron Wilson.
The three picks that remain unsigned are second-round CB Kamari Lassiter , second-round OT Blake Fisher and third-round S Calen Bullock . It’s unclear where the Texans stand in their negotiations with those players.
Rookie contracts are pretty much set in stone depending on a player’s draft selection, so the only issues that need to be ironed out are specific language in each contract.
