New York signed DeVito as an undrafted free agent in April following the 2024 NFL Draft. Upon joining the Giants, he received a $ 10,000 signing bonus and a $ 10,000 base salary guarantee.
The former Fighting Illini signal-caller is in the first year of a three-year contract worth up to $ 2.705 million. But the remainder of his deal is not guaranteed, meaning he would lose any unpaid dollars if he were to be cut.
DeVito carries a cap hit of $ 416,667 this season. That number moves to $ 915,000 in 2024, his base salary for the year.
