The Arizona Cardinals enter the 2024 NFL Draft with the chance to add some premium talent.
Entering the second season under general manager Monti Ossenfort and head coach Jonathan Gannon, the Cardinals endured a 4-13 season for the second year in a row.
With Kyler Murray expected back under center for another season, the primary focus is to add talent around him. He will be further recovered from his ACL surgery in 2022, which should bring more optimism around the Cardinals’ chances to compete.
With two first-round selections, the Cardinals have six picks in the first three rounds.

Cardinals’ NFL Draft needs
- Wide Receiver: Even though Michael Wilson has some promise, the Cardinals have a desperate need to add talent at the wide receiver for Kyler Murray to work with. There are some solid pieces along with Wilson like slot receiver Greg Dortch and Zach Pascal, but the unit could use an alpha to lead the room.
- Guard: Adding to the interior offensive line is a major need for the Cardinals. Protecting Kyler Murray is the top priority for the Cardinals and that endeavor can go along way by beefing up the offensive line.
- Cornerback: Arizona has a desperate need to add a top cornerback, and there’s a chance they use one of their early picks to find a potential leader in the room to go along with depth pieces Sean Murphy-Bunting and Nate Wiggins.
