Early in Swings‘ career, the Korean rapper looked drastically different than he does now. The Show Me the Money contestant-turned-producer had a heavier weight to match his bigger frame.
Swings has lost a lot of weight since then—so much that the Omniscient Interfering View cast couldn’t believe how different he looked. MC Jun Hyun Moo even told the rapper, “You look like a different person after shedding the weight.”
Because Swings’ weight loss was so drastic, the cast wondered if the rapper changed his diet, along with committing to an exercise routine.
Although he changed his diet somewhat, Swings surprised them by revealing he didn’t give up eating his favorite foods, especially pork cutlets. He confessed, “No, I eat it every day.”
The rapper revealed how he dropped pounds and still enjoyed foods that weren’t considered beneficial for weight loss. Rather than go on an extreme diet to lose weight instantly, Swings learned from his past mistakes and steadily lost 2 lbs a month.
I’ve been losing weight for about a year and a half, and this is how I set my goal. Many try to lose 10 kg (22 lbs), 15 kg (33 lbs), and 8 kg (17 lbs) a month. That’s nonsense.
Losing 1 kg (2 lbs) per month worked wonders for me. That helped me maintain the weight. I learned that by suffering from the yo-yo effect about thirty times since my teens.

While other celebrities have complained about eating chicken breasts to lose weight, Swings enjoyed his weight loss journey by eating tasty pork cutlets and hitting the gym regularly. Now, the rapper has a slimmer face, a flat stomach, and hard-earned muscles.
