GOT7‘s Jackson Wang is currently serving as both a producer and lead mentor on Thai survival show CHUANG ASIA Thailand, a spin-off of Produce Camp. The label that he co-founded, RYCE Entertainment, will debut the winning team.
Despite Jackson playing such a massive role in the show, the official X (formerly Twitter) account made a big mistake in a recent post.
CHUANG ASIA‘s official X account shared an advertisement recently. The caption read, “Random Question with Co-producer and Lead Mentor Jackson Wang,” and even included his specific hashtags. Yet, the video featured in the tweet was not of Jackson but instead of another mentor, Thai Chinese singer, actor, and model Mike Angelo (formerly Mike D’Angelo).

Netizens pointed out the mistake in both the comment section and quote-tweets. They suggested that the social media manager put the edit button to use since it’s a verified account.
I can’t quite put my finger on it but there’s something different about Jackson here… https://t.co/lzV2okAx2B pic.twitter.com/1EyaJwfOhg

Some Ahgases (also known as iGOT7, GOT7’s fandom) had jokes, though. Some joked that “fame changed Jackson,” even referencing BamBam and Mark Tuan‘s recent interview.
I agreed with bambam, jackson is the member who changed so much after doing solo activities 🙁 https://t.co/fHy9vUrTqj
