Recently, TXT member Soobin made headlines for his extraordinary contribution to helping medically underprivileged children in Seoul.
Seoul Children’s Hospital announced on February 5, KST, that the TXT leader donated ₩100 million KRW (about $ 75,000 USD) to the hospital on January 31, 2024. Out of the entire donated amount, [krw] 20 million will be used to cover treatment costs for patients with severe conditions such as brain lesions, as well as for children who need physical and mental rehabilitation.
The remaining [krw] 80 million [/krw] is planned to be used for projects to improve the hospital’s infrastructure to provide better treatment to children. The hospital’s director issued an official statement thanking Soobin for his support and promised to extend it to medically underprivileged patients and families.
After the news was made public, online communities went abuzz with praise for the young idol, with reactions ranging from surprise at his generosity to donating such a big amount to praising his kindness.
