After months of being embroiled in a messy dating controversy, a top actor has become entangled in yet another rumor. The latest rumor comes after the pair’s alleged breakup and his public apology.
Huang Xiaoming is one of the highest-paid actors in China and the ex-husband of actress Angelababy. Since confirming his relationship with his 15-years-younger girlfriend via a social media post, Huang has endured criticism. In December 2024, less than a month after his public apology, Huang deleted the Weibo post that had announced his relationship with influencer and entrepreneur Ye Ke, fueling rumors of a breakup.
Ye Ke, who is rumored to be pregnant with Huang’s child, has been heavily criticized by the Chinese public for flaunting her wealth, allegedly lying about her family background, and more. In November 2024, reports circulated that she had demanded a $ 37 million “breakup fee” from Huang to end their relationship. Ye Ke denied this.
Now, Ye Ke has once again become the subject of criticism and rumors. After new photos of Ye Ke–who is approximately five to six months pregnant–began to circulate online, some netizens reportedly speculated that the couple hadn’t broken up after all. Others, however, have a different theory.
Did Ye Ke stage the sighting in order to imply that she and Xiaoming are still together even though they are allegedly not? She has been accused of wearing clothing that would emphasize her baby bump, hiring paparazzi to photograph her at a hotel, and arranging to meet with Huang at his filming location, all to ensure that her photos would make headlines and she would continue to benefit from business opportunities presented to her because of Huang’s fame.
So far, none of these rumors have been confirmed. Huang has not commented on the rumors regarding Ye Ke’s pregnancy, and Ye Ke announced last November that she would be quitting social media. What is known is that this would be Huang and Ye Ke’s first child together. Both have children from previous relationships. Huang has a seven-year-old son with his ex-wife, actress Angelababy, and Ye Ke has a son and daughter with her ex-husband.
