Television personality and entertainer Jang Sung Kyu recently announced getting a vasectomy.
In the latest episode of SBS‘s My Little Old Boy, Jang visited the house of former national badminton player Lee Yong Dae, and the two caught up over a few drinks.
During their conversation, Jang revealed that he was planning to drink as much as possible and go home early, as he had surgery the following day. He revealed, “I am having a vasectomy, which I have been thinking about for a long time.”
When asked about wanting more children, Jang confessed that he wanted a third child and had been discussing it with his wife for three-four years. “But we eventually agreed to get a vasectomy. This is how I have decided to raise my two sons well,” he explained.
Jang went even more in detail about his personal life, sharing that he wanted to give fate a last chance before sealing the deal. So, on his 20th anniversary, which was two days before the My Little Old Boy shoot, he asked his wife if they wanted to give it one last try. But since she was menstruating, the couple decided to leave it at that.
