Kai Trump, the oldest granddaughter of President Donald Trump, is set to make her LPGA debut.
A commit to the University of Miami’s women’s golf team for 2026, Trump has emerged as an up-and-coming golf prospect, having won the 2022 Women’s Club Championship and the 2024 Ladies Club Championship at Trump International Palm Beach.
Trump, who is also known for her social media presence, will now have an opportunity to compete on the LPGA Tour by participating in “The Annika” tournament. After receiving a tournament exemption, she will make her first LPGA appearance.

8:45 a.m. — Kai Trump has teed off for Round 2 of her LPGA debut this morning, looking to bounce back from yesterday’s performance. She began Friday with a par on Hole 1.
After wrapping up her round on Thursday, Trump said she was “more nervous on the opening tee shot today than she was at the RNC,” according to Beth Ann Nichols. Trump also said she felt like she played “pretty good” for her first LGPA event.

4:36 p.m. — With four holes remaining today, Trump is at +11.
4:12 p.m. — Through 13 holes in Round 1, Trump currently sits last on the leaderboard with her +9 score. She’ll look to pick it up over the final five holes for the day.
3:33 p.m. — Halfway through her first round, Kai Trump sat with a total score of 41. She’s onto the back half now.
