Bom is known to be a fan of Lee Min Ho and has shared updates featuring the actor before in the past. In a now deleted photo, the idol called Lee Min Ho her husband, which was later clarified by an acquaintance.

However, netizens felt differently on a viral post about her social media activity. Many did not find the posts humorous, instead criticizing her behavior as a celebrity.
- If a male celebrity did that, he would’ve been criticized and things would’ve blown up… It’s hard to excuse it as just fan behavior since they’re a public figure. They’ll keep getting dragged into controversy… Shouldn’t they be getting treatment?
- Regardless of gender, no matter how unwell someone is, bringing up another celebrity like that is just rude. People around them should stop them from doing this. I don’t know what exactly is wrong with this celebrity, but expecting unconditional understanding just because they’re unwell is also a form of harm toward the mentioned celebrity and their fans.
