TAN and NTX member Jiseong announced that he is parting ways with the NTX agency, Victory Company, after five years.
In 2022, Jiseong participated in the survival show Wild Idol. He ranked third place, debuting as the maknae of TAN. During TAN’s activities, he was inactive as a member of NTX.
Until this year, he was active as a member until TAN‘s agency, Think Entertainment, fired its employees after its top trot singer, Kim Ho Joong, was arrested after reportedly being involved in a hit-and-run DUI incident.
Shortly after the conclusion of TAN’s activities, Jiseong was announced to resume his activities with NTX after a rest period.
Yet, just a few months later, Victory Company announced in an English statement that Jiseong had terminated his contract. The agency claimed, “There have been differences in the direction each other wants to pursue.” So, after discussions with both him and his parents, he parted ways with Victory Company.

I am informing you about the future activities of NTX member Jiseong.
We and member Jisung have had a break period after the official end of T.A.N. activities and have been discussing the return.
There have been continuous discussions since returning to Victory Company, but there have been differences in the direction each other wants to pursue, so after much consideration, I finished discussing with Jiseong and Parents to respect and support the direction that member Jiseong wants to go.
Accordingly, member Jiseong has decided to withdraw from the NTX team on December 11, 2024 and terminate the exclusive contract with Victory Company.
Unfortunately, our relationship with Jiseong ends here, but we will support Jiseong’s music activities that will continue in the future.
