Actor Ji Soo is slowly making his way back to the entertainment industry after putting his career on pause four years ago due to a school bullying controversy.
On September 26, KST, Ji Soo took to Instagram to promote his upcoming Filipino movie, Mujigae. The movie’s release is scheduled for October 9.
Hawk-eyed netizens soon discovered that actress Lim Soo Hyang had “liked” the post, which they took it as a show of support for Ji Soo’s career. Lim was his co-star in the 2020 MBC drama My Prettiest Moments. Her “like” on the post grabbed even more attention as she was the only celebrity to interact with it.
As this simple online interaction started being discussed among netizens, Lim quietly removed her “like” from the post. Despite that, Lim is facing backlash for publicly supporting Ji Soo, whom netizens found unworthy of returning to the entertainment world.
Meanwhile, Ji Soo recently published a video on his YouTube channel, reflecting on his past actions and clearly communicating his intent to make a comeback. You can read more about it here.
