@rararachan6655, or “Lala”, explained in a tweet with over 5M views that she worked extra hard to save up before traveling to South Korea for a full transformation costing $ 126K USD.
I lost 6 kilograms by fasting for three weeks, worked a side job without sleep while working as a nurse to scrape together money, went to Korea alone, and paid over ₩170 million KRW (about $ 127,000 USD) for bone cutting and full body plastic surgery despite never having been on a plane and not knowing a foreign language, etc.

According to Heraldcorp, a South Korean news outlet that reported on Rara’s transformation, the influencer was driven to get extensive procedures because her ex-boyfriend dumped her and called her “ugly.”
