On August 28, SM Entertainment announced that Taeil was removed from the group concerning sex crime charges.
Since then, more case details have been revealed, including information about the victim. A timeline of the investigation was also given, alleging that SM Entertainment was not informed about the case until mid-August.
SM Entertainment First Learned Of Former NCT Member Taeil’s Sex Crime Scandal In Mid-August
Many changes have occurred during this time, including NCT 127’s display at Incheon Airport.
Earlier this year, it was announced that NCT DREAM and NCT 127 would be the next SM artists to be displayed at Incheon Airport following aespa. As part of a collaboration, the two groups would appear on SMART boarding passes and have displays at the airport.
NCT 127’s display previously featured one of the concept images for “Walk” and individual solo shots of each member.
On August 29, an X user shared that Taeil’s photo was covered by an image featuring the album’s logo, showing the before and after.

Another image shared online shows one of the group photos as partially torn, likely indicating images other images are also being removed. The video shared by Incheon Airport making the announcement on Instagram has also been deleted.
