Dispatch released a series of shocking text messages by Min Hee Jin and other ADOR staff.
On July 25, Dispatch exposed more of Min Hee Jin’s private text conversations, which included vulgar language, calling out feminists, and even allegedly calling Bang Si Hyuk a “r*tard.”
In a KakaoTalk message with an ADOR employee, Min is seen even belittling the group that she produced.
“Min: I suddenly remembered why I got a reality check while working in this field. It’s terrible taking care of immature kids who are crazy about wanting to become famous celebrities.
Employee Y: lolol.
Min: They need my direction and want to be popular. They really be doing the most.
Employee Y: You are amazing. It’s already hard enough taking care of my own.
Min: Holding in the disgust and working hard? I do get the job done well. It could be that I am drunk off my own success that I am able to do all this.
Employee Y: Yeah, it’s what you like.
Min: It’s more hatred. I feel like I’m doing good for someone else. Wasting time trying to make a living for these immature kids. What do they know? I get a reality check when I see them looking in the mirror and only thinking about dancing. I mean, can you actually call that working??
Employee Y: I’m laughing out loud right now.”
In another text message conversation with an ADOR executive, she discusses how they should plan NewJeans‘ acceptance speech for the 2024 Billboard Woman In Music Awards.
“Min: If they start making some cool acceptance speech thinking they’re cool and end up not greeting me, I think I’d want to k*ll them. These are my honest thoughts. Why do I have to focus on making them look cool when I’m the one who prepared for the album without sleeping?
Executive A: ㅠㅠ
Min: It would be more appropriate for their age and more humble if they just said, ‘Thanks so much; we will work hard.’ They didn’t get popular because they were good. What is the point of a personal story message? They need to know something to even throw a message. They’re just some f*cking kids who get in trouble because they can’t even lose weight. Just tell them to always be humble. Since I’m getting the popularity for them even if they gain weight like a pig.
Executive A: Ok. I didn’t think this through.”
What are your thoughts about this?
The Dispatch report also included a disclaimer that the source of the text messages was HYBE itself.
