USA vs. Uruguay prediction, odds
There are a few things playing into the USMNT’s hands coming into this match. Uruguay are not mathematically through to the knockout round, but for all intents and purposes they are in because they’d need to see an eight-goal differential advantage wiped off for them to drop out of the mix. Thus, there could be significant squad rotation as well as a drop in focus as they look ahead to the quarterfinals.
Additionally, Uruguay coach Marcelo Bielsa’s absence due to suspension is a slight but non-negligable advantage for the United States. Finally, with the U.S. knowing they almost certainly need to win to advance, they’ll go all guns blazing in this match.
Still, Uruguay are the second-strongest team in the Copa America right now, and securing a win here will be an uphill battle regardless of the circumstances. The U.S. may throw men forward for a large stretch of the game, especially in the second half, but that will leave them open at the back.

Bolivia vs. Panama prediction, odds
If the US are to progress to the quarterfinals they may need a favor from Bolivia, but the sportsbooks don’t see that happening. Bolivia were smashed 5-0 by Uruguay and beaten by two against the USMNT, and with their fate sealed already this could be similarly one-sided. You have to go back to 2008 for the last time Bolivia triumphed in head-to-head matchups between the pair, but of some hope for US fans will be that when they met last August it was only an 87th-minute goal that gave Panama a 2-1 win in a tight game.

Copa America 2024 odds, futures to win tournament
Understandably, FIFA’s top-ranked side Argentina — defending Copa America champions and fresh off a World Cup crown — were the strong favorites to win this year’s competition as the tournament got under way.
Brazil were right there as second-favorites, but that’s largely on brand recognition as they enter the competition in significant turmoil and without injured talisman Neymar. The in-form South American sides are Uruguay and Colombia, while hosts USA are amongst the second tier of title contenders but still have to prove their worth.
