Seo In Guk and Ahn Jae Hyun are once again teaming up for a music video with singer K.Will. The two actors made K-Pop history when they starred in the hugely popular music video “Don’t Go.”
Released in October 2012, it depicted the heartbreak that Seo In Guk’s character went through when the love of his life tied the knot. The big plot twist at the end was that he was in love with Ahn Jae Hyun and not Dasom, making it one of the most popular BL music videos around.
In an interview together several years after, the actors were asked if they were aware about this scene: “Did you know the story?”
Seo In Guk immediately answered, “No.” He revealed that they both took the job without knowing there would be a BL (“boys love”) component.
Thus, it surprised the two greatly when the staff explained the full plot to them in person on the day of the shoot.
We didn’t know until we got there.

Seo In Guk, in particular, learned about it when he filmed the famed plot twist scene, right when he was asked to wishfully place Ahn Jae Hyun’s photo beside his own.
I was suddenly told to rip the photo and attach them. So I was like, ‘Put these two together?’ I was supposed to cover Dasom and put him and me together.

Though the actors were kept in the dark regarding this ending, they took everything with grace, looking back on the experience fondly.
Ahn Jae Hyun and Seo In Guk recently reunited to film another music video for K.Will, “No Sad Song For My Broken Heart.” Check it out below!
