While the New England Patriots coaches and players continue to work on the field, the front office is getting some work of their own done away from it.
On Wednesday, New England signed fourth-round pick Layden Robinson to his rookie contract, according to ESPN’s Mike Reiss.
The Patriots selected Robinson, 23, with pick No. 103 in this year’s draft following a five-year collegiate career at Texas A&M that included two Second-team All-SEC campaigns (2021 and 2023).
New England might have an opening at one or both of their starting guard spots, and Robinson should be competing for the jobs this offseason and into training camp.
