This is a big year for the city of Detroit. Not only do the Lions have Super Bowl aspirations ahead of the 2024 campaign, but Detroit is the host city of the NFL Draft.
Lions fans will no doubt flock to Campus Martius Park to see their team make its picks, although general manager Brad Holmes has already prepared fans for the possibility that the team might trade back on Day 1.
His message to Lions fans if that happens? Please forgive me.
“If (a trade) makes sense and it lines up and it’s the right thing to do, then we have to do the right thing,” he said. “Hopefully, our fans will forgive us. We won’t expect immediate forgiveness right then and there, but hopefully when the season starts.”
So, what can Lions fans expect to see when they show up on Thursday? Thanks to some media members we’ve got a sneak peek for you. Check it out below.
