BTS‘s youngest member, Jungkook, has made a vicarious return to Instagram.
It’s been a while since Jungkook famously obliterated his account from Instagram, something that ARMYs are still recovering from. But on April 14, KST, Jungkook took to the fan community Weverse to share the news that he has opened a new Instagram account, not for himself but for his dog Bam. In the post, he wrote that the account was created to “brag” about his “baby.”

The Instagram account under @bowwow_bam is likely to be managed by Jungkook himself, given that the username is endearingly kept as “Bam’s dad.” The bio also contains a cheeky pun on Bam’s name, which means “night” in Korean.
In the last few hours, the account has already uploaded seven posts showing Bam in his full glory, be it posing like the next big model,
or showing off his athletic talents like his dad.
In less than a day, Bam’s account has amassed a staggering 900,000+ followers, showing his star power. He, however, follows only seven accounts, including the individual Instagram accounts of the BTS members and the group’s official handle.
Watch out, influencers, the IT boy has arrived!
