One more win and Iowa returns to the national championship.
In a rematch of last year’s title game, the Hawkeyes beat LSU 94-87 to advance to their second straight Final Four. The most anticipated game of the NCAA tournament lived up to the hype, with Caitlin Clark dropping a double-double with 41 points and 12 assists in a revenge victory in Albany.
Now, can Iowa make it back to the championship? It faces the winner of UConn-USC, who face off in Portland in the Elite Eight. No matter the result, Clark and the Hawkeyes will face a challenge in Cleveland like no other. And five seniors’ careers hang in the balance.
Clark’s historic career will come to a close the first weekend in April. It’s up to the Hawkeyes to finish it with a championship.
