Since Kim Garam left LE SSERAFIM back in July 2022 after bullying accusations were raised against her, she’s kept a pretty low profile and has stayed out of the public eye for the most part.
Even after Garam maintained her innocence in the entire ordeal and shared a full report from the School Violence Committee, leading to criticism against HYBE Labels for how they handled the matter, the former idol seemingly left the entertainment industry and would go on to pursue another career path.
However, it was recently shared that Garam is set to attend the graduation ceremony of her high school, the prestigious School of Performing Arts Seoul (SOPA), on February 7 at 11AM KST. The press will reportedly be in attendance.
She’s currently enrolled in SOPA’s theater and film department, and will allegedly be appearing in front of an interviewer for the first time since leaving LE SSERAFIM during the graduation ceremony.
Along with this, Garam has been accepted into the Department of Media Acting at Konkuk University, which she is set to attend after she graduates from SOPA later this week.
The news has been met with mixed reactions from K-Pop fans.
Keep an eye out for further news regarding Garam’s future plans.
