Chiefs players and other members of the NFL community are sharing their responses after a shooting at the end of Kansas City’s Super Bowl parade.
Patrick Mahomes and others took to social media to share their thoughts and prayers following the shooting, which has reportedly left multiple people injured and one dead, per Kansas City officials.
More than one million people attended the Super Bowl parade in downtown Kansas City, with the stage placed in front of Union Station.
The shooting took place west of Union Station, near the garage, per Kansas City police. The police took two armed individuals into custody.
